All reservations you book with «HotelDnepr.com» are subject to the following site policy as they exist at the time the reservation is made. We reserve the right to change site policy in the future.

1. Terms of service

1.1. The cost of your reservation is the total of: the indicated room rate multiplied by the number of days in your reservation, plus an additional amount for service (transfers, tours and others) fees.
1.2. After you make your request of Dnepropetrovsk hotel room or other travel related services on HotelDnepr.com we send the confirmation of your Dnepropetrovsk hotel reservation within 72 hours (3 working days, usually 1 working day, excluding weekends and national holidays in Ukraine). If the room requested by you is not available at a hotel, then we offer the alternative type of room at the same hotel or a room at another hotel of the similar category. You have a right to reject this offered accommodation within 24 hours at no cost for you. We will not offer alternative accommodation if you make your reservation less than until 96 hours within arrival.
1.3. If you pay for your reservation by a credit card, you should fill in the form for your credit card details after confirmation your odder. Than we send the Voucher for check-in at the hotel.
1.4. If you pay by bank transfer, than after you make your reservation request we will send you the confirmation and the invoice that is to be paid by bank transfer. The Voucher for check-in at the hotel is sent only upon the payment by bank transfer is received.
1.5. If you wish to make reservation for someone else you can pay by bank transfer and by credit card. Please input name and passport number of a person, that you wish to make reservation for.
1.6. You receive the Voucher for hotel accommodation and other chosen and paid services like transfer, sightseeing tours, etc.
1.7. The invitation letter to apply for a visa to the Ukrainian Consulate are sent to provided fax number after full payment is received. Our company as a registered travel company issues a visa support letter for the exact duration of your stay at the hotel in Ukraine. The period of Ukraine visa support can't be longer than the duration of your Ukraine hotel booking. We do not provide visa support to citizens of countries of risk-group: Pakistan, Afghanistan, North Korea and others.
1.8. Guest names (age of child) should be supplied obligatory to make your room reservation.
1.9. Smoking preferences are not guaranteed.
1.10. Room pictures may differ from the actual room you receive.
1.11. You must present your passport (and a child's passport) and the Voucher upon check-in at the hotel.
1.12. By proceeding with this reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions.

2. Terms of payment

2.1. Payment by a credit card.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard. Your credit card is charged for payment after confirmation of your Ukraine hotel reservation and your order for transfer, sightseeing tour or Visa Support Letter. Your credit card statement will indicate transactions via HotelDnepr.com - the owner of this service. The cost of your order is displayed in UAH.
2.1.1 On the advice of our credit card authorisation company, we are occasionally required to request a signed credit card authorisation form and a photo copy of your passport for identification purposes.  This measure is in place for your own security and protection against fraudulent use of credit cards.
2.2. Payment by bank transfer.
2.2.1. The invoice is to be paid for the total cost. The invoice must be paid by bank transfer not later than 3 days after the date of its receiving by e-mail (the date is indicated in the invoice), or until 72 hours within arrival if booking within 7 days. No prices or hotel availability are guaranteed until full payment is received. The Customer (Remitter) pays all bank charges for funds transfer. You may pay in USD and EURO.
2.2.2. The full amount is the total cost of your reservation includes accommodation cost, and service (transfers, tours and others) fees.
2.2.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel your room reservation order if odder is not paid within 3 days after the date of its receiving (the date is indicated in the invoice).

3. Cancellation or changes

3.1. Bookings are subject to a 6% fee of total cost of your reservation for any CANCELLATION/CHANGE that occurs within the term from the date of confirmation of reservation till 72 hours prior to arrival date. In this case your credit card will be charged back for the total cost of your reservation excluding 6% fee (bank fee for executed operation).
Bookings are subject to a one-night room charge for any CANCELLATION/CHANGE that occurs within the term from 0 till 72 hours prior to arrival date. In this case your credit card will be charged for one-night room charge and will be charged also for 6% fee of the rest sum that is charged back to your credit card (bank fee for executed operation).
During stay: An amendment fee will be charged. According to the terms of the hotel, we reserve the right to charge one night accommodation fee . We will however, endeavour to have such fees waived by the hotel if possible. This depends on hotel and occupancy levels at the time.
3.2. The Customer is obliged to make all notifications to the Company for any CANCELLATION/CHANGE in writing by email or by fax +380 562 32 3171.
3.3. The arrival time is determined as 12.00 on the arrival date by Ukrainian local time.
3.4. If you wish to change your Ukraine hotel reservation for another date or another hotel we recommend you at first to make new room reservation for new date or for new hotel and than make cancellation of your previous order.
3.5. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fee that you incur. In some cases, we are unable to permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, generally for stays during holiday periods or special events taking place in Dnepropetrovsk. You will be notified before the reservation order is confirmed if a reservation is non refundable or non changeable. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to any completed reservation order for a hotel stay as specified on the reservation order form.
3.6. The fee for Ukraine visa support letter is non refundable and subject to 100% cancellation charge.
3.7. If the cancellation/change of transfer or sightseeing tour in Dnepropetrovsk is made within the term from 0 till 72 hours prior the date when these services will be used, then 6% fee of total cost of your reservation is charged.
If the cancellation/change of transfer or sightseeing tour is made less then 72 hours prior the date when these services will be used, then the cost of these services is not refundable and subject to 100% cancellation charge.
3.8. The cancellation policy for group reservation (for 10 persons and more) differs from the cancellation policy for individuals. The cancellation terms are specified for each Dnepropetrovsk hotel booked. The details of cancellation terms will be sent to you with a confirmation for your group reservation.
3.9. Cancellation or changes should be made in writing on the Cancellation page. The reservation cancellation request will be transmitted to the hotel for immediate processing. The confirmation of your cancelled reservation will be sent to your email address.

4. Room rates

4.1. Our hotel rates for hotels in Dneproperovsk are only available through our web-site and can not be obtained at the hotel directly, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system.
4.2. Rates are quoted in US dollars per room per night. Usually rates include breakfast. If breakfast is not included it is indicated in hotel details. The rate you selected does not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as mini bar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The lodging will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out.
4.3. Rates include tax charges, hotel fee and our services fee.
4.4. Room rates can rise for days of special events (exhibitions, fairs, festivals, etc.), taking place in Dnepropetrovsk. You will be informed about rates and cancellation policy for this period when you make your reservation.
4.5. In case when you book double room for one person or we offer you double room for one person as alternative of single room, the rate for double room is charged.

5. Warranties and liabilities of the Parties

5.1. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website as well as for the use of your name and your banking account to pay for products and services purchased at this website by members of your household, including minors living with you. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website are true and accurate.
5.2. You communicate with the Company electronically whenever you visit HotelDnepr.com or send emails to us. You consent to receive communications from the Company electronically and by fax. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications that we provide to you electronically or by fax satisfy any legal requirements that communications be in writing.
If you fail to provide your correct email address and telephone number with country code, we cannot be held responsible for your failure to receive documents and messages concerning the status of your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel reservations when we are unable to contact you if necessary.
5.3. The Company is responsible for guaranteed reservation of the ordered accommodation and additional services according to your order that is fully paid in advance.
5.4. The Company HotelDnepr.com does not take any responsibility for the standards of the hotel accommodation or the service provided by the hotel.
5.5. Neither of parties shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure in performance under these Terms and Conditions resulting directly or indirectly from force majeure circumstances: acts of nature, fires, floods, earthquakes or military operations or causes beyond their reasonable control.
5.6. The Company and the Customer are released from mutual liability, fully or partially, in the case of which hinder the performance of the contractual obligations.
5.7. The Company is not liable in the following cases:
- If the Consulate rejects or delay issue of Ukraine visa for the Customer as well as financial and moral losses arising in connection with this.
- If the Customer coming late for the flight, train or coach departure.
- for the delay in arrival of the Customer's flight, train or coach and as a result unused services (transfer, excursion program, etc). In such cases the cost of unused services or hotel accommodation is not refunded.
- If the Customer provided inaccurate data (email address, fax number where the visa support letter to be faxed to, first names, last names, passport numbers, passport expiry date, arrival or departure flight or train numbers and dates, children's ages, required time or date for sightseeing tour, etc.) and as result unused services or changes in the tour program. In such cases the cost of unused services is not refunded.
- For cancellation or changes in flight, train or coach schedule and as a result unused services or changes in the tour program. In such cases the cost of unused services is not refunded.
- For the Customer passage through the border custom examination.
- For damage done by the customer to a third party.
- For safe keeping of the customer's luggage during the travel.
- For services booked by the Customer through other agencies and being a part of the tour program.
- For additional services provided by a hotel (telephone calls, mini bar, etc.) and paid by the Customer when check-out at the hotel.

6. Contract

We will treat your reservation order as an offer to make a business contract between us, which shall enter into force upon our confirmation of your reservation order.
